Here are some quick tips on downhill running:

– Run light on your feet.
– Maintain an average stride – don’t over stride.
– Keep feet low to the ground.
– Let gravity pull you down the hill.
– Turnover of the feet will pick up.
– Try to glide (or coast) quickly down the hill.
