There are three times when exercisers feel challenged:

1) early in the morning 2) after the workouts 3) before the tough workouts. It’ll be much easier to stay motivated once you experience a regular series of workouts that make you feel good. When you run /walk at the right pace, with the right preparation, you feel better, can relate to others better, and have more energy to enjoy the rest of the day. Enjoyment of exercise will increase your motivation.
