Galloway Running Clubs
Join others for weekly runs at your level of fitness for the goal
of your choice: Marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, etc You'll receive
a training program for the goal of your choice, and a pace group
to run with. Social atmosphere, refreshments, and groups that go
to various events. Fun!!
Marathon training (and in most cases half marathon training). You'll
receive a schedule to your marathon, and weekly long runs that build
to the magic distance, with pace groups at your current fitness
level, and other goodies. We'll have leaders of each pace group
to maintain pace and to support you.
