Jeff Galloway's Training Programs - St. Pete
Getting YOU to the finish line injury-free!

 

The Galloway St. Pete Run/Walk Injury Free Training Program allows you to become a complete ‘Marathoner’ with only six months of training.  This program is for all ages from Beginners to Boston Qualifiers.  Even sedentary people of all ages can finish a marathon without major lifestyle changes.  It starts with running at your appropriate pace with scheduled walk breaks that allows you to complete or improve your marathon finish time, enjoy the evening’s activities, and live the next week without major trauma/injury to your body.  With the program’s Magic Mile you can you can find the pace that is right for you and determine your potential for completing your marathon.

 

The 2006 Galloway Marathon Program is committed to providing a safe, friendly, challenging and motivating experience to all our member runners as they train for their half or full marathons. We will accomplish this with a structured program featuring run/walk breaks and runner education within a team environment. Above all we are committed to having FUN as we RUN/WALK!!!
