Marathon Training

This program trains participants to complete a marathon injury-free, using the run-walk-run method. Group runs are led by pace group leaders for every level from Boston qualifiers to back-of-the-packers. Participants also receive a training schedule, a copy of Jeff Galloway’s “Training Programs” e-book, a technical T-shirt, and a subscription to Runner’s World magazine.Training for fall 2017 marathons (Chicago, New York, Marine Corps, Savannah and Columbus marathons) starts April 15, 2017, at 7:30 a.m. at the Sandy Springs PhidippidesRegister online.
