Boise Galloway Run Walk Run

Join Boise’s premier Run-Walk-Run group and train for your next race with proven Jeff Galloway methods.

Train Together, Achieve Together

Whether you’re lacing up for the first time or you’ve logged hundreds of miles, our local training groups give you the support and structure to reach your goals. Runners around the world use the Galloway Run Walk Run method to build fitness, prevent injury, and actually enjoy the process.

Here’s the thing about training with a group: it works. Jeff Galloway’s program has a 98% success rate for those who stick with it. When you train as a team, you share the tough days, celebrate the wins, and keep each other motivated when it matters most. You’ll give support and get it right back. And along the way, you’ll likely make friendships that last well beyond race day.

What You’ll Get From Your Group

Our main goal? Getting you to the finish line injury-free and feeling strong.

  • A group gets you out the door on those mornings when your bed feels way too comfortable
  • Supporting others is just as rewarding as getting support yourself
  • Your group keeps you from doing too much or too little, which is key to staying healthy
  • The miles fly by when you’re running with others and sharing stories
  • You’ll be part of a laid-back but focused community working toward the same mission
