Whether you’re lacing up for the first time or you’ve logged hundreds of miles, our local training groups give you the support and structure to reach your goals. Runners around the world use the Galloway Run Walk Run method to build fitness, prevent injury, and actually enjoy the process.

When you train as a team, you share the tough days, celebrate the wins, and keep each other motivated when it matters most. You’ll give support and get it right back. Runners meet up throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex during the off-season for social runs, as well as connecting to get homework runs done together throughout the week.

About Shannah Hayley

Shannah has completed 76 half marathons and 14 marathons in all 50 states using the Run Walk Run method. She’s led the Dallas Galloway program since 2015, helping hundreds of runners achieve their running goals.

A Message From Shannah

The Galloway Run/Walk/Run Training Program is open to anyone interested in fulfilling their goal of running a half marathon or marathon. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers.

All participants be able to maintain a 16-minute pace for 3 miles at the beginning of training. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. We would love to have you! If you’re not certain about whether to join, email us at [email protected].
