RunWalk Tulsa Highlights

Year-Round Training: Two six-month segments keep you active all year.

Weekly Training: Monday–Thursday (mornings & evenings) + Saturday long run in Tulsa, Owasso, Jenks, and Broken Arrow. Two weekday workouts + Saturday is all that is necessary to train for any distance.

Run-Walk-Run Method: Alternating run/walk intervals make training sustainable, reduce injury risk, and help all levels cover longer distances.

Walking-Only Group: Supportive option for those who prefer walking.

Personalized Plans: Tailored to your Magic Mile performance to help you improve.

Private Online Community: Stay motivated and connected with fellow members.

Flexible Options: Programs for 5Ks, 10Ks, 15Ks, half marathons, marathons, ultra marathons and triathlons.

About Maurine Dobson

Maurine has completed more than 100 races since 2012, including 13 marathons, and has been coaching since 2015. She started RunWalk Tulsa (formerly Tulsa Galloway) on September 1, 2018, and continues to make running and walking approachable for everyone.
