Whether you’re lacing up for the first time or you’ve logged hundreds of miles, our local training groups give you the support and structure to reach your goals. Runners around the world use the Galloway Run Walk Run method to build fitness, prevent injury, and actually enjoy the process.

When you train as a team, you share the tough days, celebrate the wins, and keep each other motivated when it matters most. You’ll give support and get it right back. About Molly Field-Stout

Molly has completed 24 marathons using the Run Walk Run method and has been coaching runners in The Woodlands area for 15+ years, helping over 200 people cross their first half or full finish line.

A Message From Molly

The Galloway Run/Walk/Run Training Program is open to anyone interested in fulfilling a personal goal of running a half marathon. We can also help you train to run 5ks and 10ks and even a full marathon.

Our training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to experienced runners. We offer a walk group and pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability.
