Whether you’re lacing up for the first time or you’ve logged hundreds of miles, our local training groups give you the support and structure to reach your goals. Runners around the world use the Galloway Run Walk Run method to build fitness, prevent injury, and actually enjoy the process.

Toledo Area Galloway Group Highlights
Our run locations vary every week and take place at local Metroparks and trails to ensure a safe and enjoyable run!
We have Open Runs every Thursday night to allow all interested runners to come try out the run-walk-run method. Our program is open to members from all over the Toledo area, including Findlay, Bowling Green, Temperance, and more.
We have members that travel/participate together in events such as the DONNA half marathon, Flying Pig, Shawshank Hustle, Mackinaw Bridge Run and more. We also give back to the local running community by hosting water stop for local races such as Glass City Marathon and supporting our local RoadRunners club.
