Since 1994 when Chris first read Jeff Galloway’s original best-selling book GALLOWAY’S BOOK ON RUNNING, Chris has used the run-walk-run method to finish over 100 marathons and ultra-marathons, including qualifying for the prestigious Boston Marathon, qualifying for a preferred spot in the New York City Marathon, competing in the Abbot World Marathon Majors MTT Age Group Championships, finishing several Ironman Triathlons, and finishing the Hardrock Hundred, an ultra-marathon widely recognized as the hardest trail 100 mile race in the world, an amazing 17 times!
Chris helped create and served on the Board of Directors for Marathon High, an organization that uses Jeff Galloway’s methods to train high-schoolers to run half-marathons as a way to build character and self-esteem through the positive effects of running.
He currently serves on the Board of The DONNA, the only marathon in the United States dedicated entirely to raising funds for breast cancer research and supporting women living with the disease.

Chris has been married and running with his wife Diana for 31 years, and together, they have three beautiful children who are all accomplished athletes in their own right.
