What is the most difficult thing in adapting your method by someone who has been running in a different style or way? Is it mainly switching one’s mind and body over to a new rhythm or something else?
Jeff: Our minds and our egos often tell us many things that interfere with the enjoyment and accomplishment of exercise. At first, the taking of walking breaks seems to be admitting that we are not capable of running strong. In fact, taking walk breaks early allows one to run stronger and faster in distance events.
